About TJ Earle
TJ Earle has been instrumental in growing The Earle Companies’ revenue and in drastically reducing personnel turnover since joining the family business in 1995. TJ Earle’s use of innovative marketing techniques and experience in strategic development has led to The Earle Companies’ significant presence in the Tri-State area.
As Vice President of The Earle Companies, TJ Earle adheres to a set of principles laid down by his father, Walter R. Earle, in 1968 when The Earle Companies was established. TJ Earle upholds the superior product quality, efficient building practices, and corporate integrity that The Earle Companies name signifies. Additionally, TJ Earle works with his brothers to build The Earle Companies into a leader in highway and roadway construction.
In addition to supervising day-to-day sales, logistics, and human resources, TJ Earle successfully builds The Earle Companies’ client base in the municipal, highway, heavy construction, and private and commercial markets. The efforts of TJ Earle and his family have not gone unnoticed. During TJ Earle’s career with The Earle Companies, the family business has earned dozens of professional accolades. In 2007, TJ Earle and his brothers, Michael and Walter II, accepted three awards from the National Asphalt Pavement Association for the firm’s environmental conservation policies, preeminent construction work, and paving of a major thoroughfare. In July 2008, TJ Earle and his family witnessed the induction of Walter R. Earle into the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association Hall of Fame. The honor, along with more than 40 years of high-caliber service to companies in the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania areas, has helped established TJ Earle and his brothers as titans of the paving industry.
